Are simple miniature metal punches easy to make?precision oxygen-free copper processing

Are simple miniature metal punches easy to make? First of all, it can be stated that this micro metal punching part is not CNC machined. This tiny part is used for 5G light sensing as a tube rack, and its annual dose cost is in the thousands, where CNC machining can never meet the required delivery speed, and the machining cost is kept high. A year ago in 2021, STANDARD Hardware received an order with engineering drawings. It took our engineering team nearly 13 months and hundreds of tests to successfully master the micro hardware stamping technique. The main difficulty is the problem of punch breakage and marks left on the surface. This tiny hardware punch is used for glass encapsulation as well as 4 laser holes. Every inch of accuracy requirements are calculated accurately. The tolerance needs to be within ±0.02mm, and the product material itself is a low expansion alloy. With the information on this challenging process so far, it's not hard to imagine how difficult it is to do this.

This new and challenging tooling cost standard comes about a year before mass production of this product. What is the new deal? We call it continuous die forging, the production rate varies from 120-150 pieces/min。
